Here at Clarke Boxing its more than just fitness. It celebrates the real life surrounding of fitness, as well as family. Around 3 years ago I started my weight loss plan after struggling with my heavy snack routine accompanied with late night eating. I started having major changes in diet when my heartburn and lower back issues became a constant problem. I started taking my health seriously by going to the UFC MMA gym. I took up boxing training for body conditioning and have loved it ever since. I understand that losing weight, toning up, and gaining muscle can be challenging but my goal is to help you overcome those hurdles, reach your goals, and be the best version of yourself that you can be. With one year of training and private boxing sessions I lost a nice 65lbs in 5 months. I am now a fully licensed personal trainer and amateur boxer.
